Room was cute and comfy, the place wasn't too full, close to great restaurants. The Harbor House is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. There are shops and restaurants all around within walking distance. There were plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance and local shops were just a block or two away. Once you park, you never need to drive again unless you choose to do so. The hotel has several twin-sized rollaway beds that can be added to guestrooms for $20/night.
